When it comes to Jesus, where are you right now?
Unsure? Believer? Saved?

Faith is a progression. It starts with figuring out what you believe, but that’s only the beginning. A set of beliefs filed in your brain doesn’t change anything.

But a living faith can change everything … what’s hidden in your heart, what your relationships are like, whether you experience peace, how you handle life, even what happens when your life ends.

Whether you know it or not, God is calling you closer, and Jesus is inviting you to take a faith walk with Him … one that can change every day of your life and last for all eternity.

So, where are you?

Unsure

Are you wondering: does any of this stuff matter?

You may be skeptical, but let me ask you a question: What if the most important decision of your life turns out to be how you respond to Jesus? Even if you’re not sure that it matters at all, just think about it … what if it does matter? What if it is vitally – life or death – important?

If that ends up being true, it is well worth your time to decide carefully exactly what you believe about Jesus, and what to do with those beliefs. If you’re open to taking a good hard look at Christianity and this Jesus, you will know what you believe and why you believe it.

You can use the links below to get additional information. As you begin, it wouldn’t hurt to offer a prayer:

God, if you are real, help me to find the truth.

Believer

Great! You have found the truth. But don’t stop here. As it says in James 2:19, "even the demons believe this", so that must not be enough.

God is calling you closer. It’s time to turn a religion into a relationship with the risen Christ, to turn a set of beliefs into a living faith.

The links below explain God's personal invitation to you, why you need it, and how to accept it. You can receive salvation by sincerely offering a simple prayer such as this:

Dear Lord, I believe in you and your son, Jesus Christ. I admit that I am a sinner and that I need you. I thank you that Jesus' death on the cross provides forgiveness for my sins, and that His resurrection provides a way for me to be with you forever. Please come into my heart and be Lord of my life. Amen.

Saved

Congratulations! Your brothers and sisters in Christ rejoice with you, and so do the angels: "there is joy in the presence of God's angels when even one sinner repents" (Luke 15:10). Your eternity with the Lord is secure, and the Holy Spirit is within you, to help you be all that God created you to be.

When you accepted Jesus as your Savior, you began a relationship with Him. Like any relationship, you have to spend time with Him for the relationship to grow. We do this through worship, prayer, reading the Bible, and spending time with other believers.

You can use the links below for more information on merging your faith with your day-to-day life. A simple prayer such as this can have a big impact, when offered regularly and sincerely:

Dear Jesus, Thank you for your love and mercy. Please help me make you the Lord of my life, guide and direct me to be the person you intend for me to be. Amen.
